Please ensure packages can be received by a person. Our carrier services cannot leave packages unattended. If there is no one to receive the package, it will be sent back to The 5th C Limited. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Once the shipment dispatches, you will receive an email (and or SMS) for the tracking of the shipment.

The 5th C Limited is not responsible for import duties or customs tax on international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, we cannot predict what they will be. RETURN POLICIES
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will accept returns within notification of 7 days of receipt of The 5th C items only. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned. The customer is responsible to return the item in it's “as new” condition and is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
We strongly recommend our customers to send back the parcel with insurance. Shipping insurance is a policy a shipper can purchase to get reimbursed for shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit with a courier. Usually the shipment insurance will be at 0.3% of retail value. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return items are handed to us and The 5th C is not responsible for any loss, damage items.
To register your intention to return the item, please email us at info@the5thc.com. The items must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery.
